LOCATION

A quiet village in Hampshire, the house and studio barn are a perfect blend of natural and luxurious. You will have access to the whole house, garden, studio garden and yoga space at all times. Set amongst gorgeous woodland you will find delightful walks straight out the door, multiple cosy spots for reading and resting, and a warm, homely feel everywhere you go.



ROOM OPTIONS

Choose between our most luxurious master bedroom with super-king size bed, en-suite bath and shower room, to two further double rooms in the house and barn, or perhaps it’s the luxury handmade Yurts all equipped with log burners, rugs, beds and bedding that take your fancy.

Whichever option works for you, we will ensure you are comfortable, happy and relaxed in your space.

Your retreat host, yoga teacher and part-time cook, Louise is here to make you feel totally at home, guide you in deepening your practice and facilitate the most relaxing and rejuvenating retreat experience.

GEORGIE Soskin

Founder of Little Plough Kitchen, Georige is passionate about sharing the medicinal power of real food. She will be cooking incredibly delicious and healthy meals for you, as well as leading you through a sourdough and fermentation workshop.

jo caley

Our guest teacher and wild swimming host, Jo has 12 years of yoga teaching behind her, and is also the founder of The Fallen Willow Sauna.

emily myers

Emily is an established Studio Potter, Fellow of The Craft Potters Association and Crafts Council selected maker. A short stroll down the lane will lead you to her pottery workshop nestled in the woods.


FOOD

Almost as important as the yoga itself, this could be re-named a yoga and food retreat.

We are so passionate about giving you nothing but gloriously delicious and nutritiously glowing food. Each breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are carefully created using only natures purest foods.

We believe organic is the way to create a strong immune system, so all our ingredients are certified organic.

Georgie brings in her years of training and knowledge on gut health and fermented foods, as well as a whole career cooking from the heart. Louise is a passionate home-cook and will create vibrant and delicious meals for you.

Our philosophy is seasonal, sustainable eating and we think eating this way can transform the way we feel.

Any dietary requirements can be accommodated.

getting there

Train - if you’re coming from London, we are a short 1hr journey from London Waterloo to Andover. From the station, taxis will bring you to the retreat within 15 minutes for approximately £12. Trains from anywhere else in the country should arrive at Andover station or Newbury station.

Drive - When navigating to the retreat, please use the postcode SP11 0SG. Parking is limited so please include this information in your booking request know if you intend to drive here.

A £400 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable.

Once you have received confirmation this room option is available, Louise will be in touch to take your deposit. Only once your deposit is received will your room reservation be secured.
