My other passion in life is FOOD. Real, natural ingredients. I find cooking to be such a therapeutic and mindful practice - celebrating these incredible ingredients that nature provides.

I am starting to share a few recipes here of meals I particularly love. I hope you enjoy them too.

celeriac soup

An underrated yet extremely delicious vegetable - this celeriac soup will feel comforting and restoring on an autumnal day.

This is such a scrumptious winter warmer. Have it pipping hot… maybe with a glass of white wine.

I love rice so much! This is such a versatile and delicious dish. It can be a side with some salmon or chicken, or it can be the main event – maybe put a fried egg on top or some seeds for extra nutrition.

Delicious vegetarian main meal or accompanying dish. I love bowl food so much. When I want to feel like my food is giving me a hug, I make a big bowl of dal with steaming hot rice, add some chilli and maybe fry up a paratha to go with it. Delicious.

It’s so fun to use up left over vegetables with this highly nutritious and genuinely very delicious ramen.

By far the yummiest dip I’ve ever had. My advice is that you try it out.

A gorgeously comforting, deeply delicious, punjabi dish. The flavours make my soul happy, I hope you love it too.

Such yummy scrummy berry muffins. I don’t care for sweet things as much as savoury, so it’s always surprising when I love a sweet treat so much.
