We are excited to invite you to our in-person yoga retreat day set in the beautiful countryside of Hampshire. This retreat is for you if you want to connect to your body, find respite from the constant stories played out by the mind, be in nature and nourish your body with beautiful home grown and organic food.  

These retreat days will offer you an opportunity to be with all the ‘stuff’ that usually gets pushed to the bottom of the list. Instead of feeling there is no time or space to move, breathe, feel and reflect, we invite you to let us hold space for you to do exactly that. To let this be your moment for quiet reflection and reconnection to that which is so often stifled through the intensity and pace of life.  

What to expect

Yoga

Start your day with an invigorating yoga session in our all-natural, sustainable yoga studio surrounded by lush greenery. Our lead-teacher Louise will guide you through poses that detoxify and energize your body, whilst also creating a spaciousness from the busy mind, leaving you feeling refreshed.

Breath work

Find release and clarity with a guided breathwork session, allowing you to shift stagnation and release long-held tension from your body.

Nutritious Organic Food

Enjoy delicious and nutritious meals prepared from fresh, home-grown ingredients. Every dish is crafted to nourish your body and support optimum health, with a focus on sustainability and organic growing.


Relaxation

Take time to unwind and soak in the beauty of our natural surroundings. Wander through our garden, breathe in the fresh air, and relax with a book in one of our reading corners. Whether you choose to lounge in the sun, journal or take a peaceful walk in the woods, there’s plenty of space to unwind.


Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Experience the healing power of sound with a crystal sound bowl session led by Samantha. This is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to free the mind, body and spirit. It will help you release tension, balance your energy, and achieve a deep state of relaxation.

What to Bring

Yoga clothes, a change of clothing for post yoga as it might be a bit sweaty, water bottle, warm clothes in case the weather is English, your journal if you have one.
