ORANGE & THYME INFUSED OLIVE OIL
It doesn’t get much easier than this to make something a little bit special. This versatile aromatic oil will bring vibrancy to so many dishes. Try serving it over a berry and yoghurt breakfast bowl or on a cheese toastie.
Ingredients:
100 ml Olive oil
10 g lemon thyme or thyme sprigs,
1 orange; 6 strips of orange skin
Method:
1. Put the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat and let it heat for 5 minutes until bubbles form.
2. Once that happens remove from the heat.
3. Immediately add the strips of orange skin and the sprigs of thyme.
4. Let it infuse for as many hours as possible, overnight is best.
